Refund policy

Return Windows

We offer different return windows based on the product type:

  • Boots: 30 days from the date you receive your order

  • Belts & accessories: 14 days from the date you receive your order

Boots require more time to assess fit and comfort. Accessories do not. We set return windows accordingly.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • In original condition, with tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Free Returns

We offer free returns on eligible items within the applicable return window.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

Exchanges

We offer simple, hassle-free exchanges.

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, your replacement item is automatically processed and prepared for shipment — no waiting required.

Our goal is simple: get you into the right pair, as quickly and smoothly as possible.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Returned items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval status

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
